  • Our incredibly advanced search technology, which requires the biggest, most complicated science words to describe, is designed to sift through the millions of works to find something just for you. Here are some tips for better search results:

    * If you can’t find what you’re looking for, add additional descriptive words.
    * If your search comes back with no results, be sure to check your spelling and try again.

    Along with the search bar there are loads of other ways to discover things you never knew you needed. Check out our carefully curated collections for the latest and greatest picks.

Design Customization

  • Each Design on Case-Custom is 100% owned by the artist who created it. 

    If you can't find anything that quite fits your vision for the perfect phone case, you can try creating your own designs and uploading them to Case-Custom for free!

  • Can I buy digital art files?

    The works found on Case-Custom cannot be sold in a digital format. 

Product Info

  • You Know all about the cool art on Case-Custom. But what about the product? It’s always a good idea to check out a product’s features, before you buy.

    You’ll find product information right below the product preview under Features.

  • The Phone Model shows right in the product title and the preview image. To make sure the case fit your phone perfectly, it’s always good practice to double check Model Information.

    If your case isn’t fitting quite how you’d like, submit an Exchange request so we can sort things out for you.

Cart & Checkout

  • You've shopped till you dropped and now it’s time to check out.

    * Select your phone brand and model.
    * If you want to use your personal design, click 'customize it' and upload your design.
    * Adjust your image to ideal size, pick the right background color.
    * Review your selection and click ‘Add to Cart’.

  • If you find you accidentally added the wrong size, color, or placement of the design, remove the item from the cart before placing your order.

  • We accept payment through PayPal. If you would like to pay with your credit/debit cards, no PayPal account is required. Please choose "Don't have a PayPal account?" on checkout.

    If you’re paying with a pre-paid debit card, you must register them before using them for online purchases. You can do this by following instructions on the card or contacting their own support teams.

    Please note: we don’t accept multiple forms of payment for a single purchase.

    Why did my credit card payment fail?
    Payment with credit card may fail because of bank authorization and fraud prevention systems. If you are having trouble making a payment via Credit Card, you may contact your card issuing bank or PayPal directly. Here are PayPal's phone numbers:

Coupon Codes

  • Occasionally, Case-Custom will send out coupon codes through promotional emails, banners on the website, or via our Social Media pages(Facebook/Twitter/Instagram). These are the only methods to obtain a valid Case-Custom coupon. follow the steps below to apply a coupon code to your order:

    * Once you’re ready to buy, head over to your Shopping Cart.
    * Complete your shipping details and check your payment method.
    * Click the ‘Apply Discount Code’ link and enter the code in the empty field.
    * Click ‘Apply Discount’.
    * From there you can place your order.

    The total will automatically update once you hit the "Apply" button.

    Keep in mind that coupon codes cannot be used simultaneously with a Case-Custom Credit code or Gift Certificate at this time.

  • Not seeing the price reduction after clicking ‘Apply’? Here are some of the most common coupon problems to help you troubleshoot:

    * Have you copied the code exactly as it was advertised? (no extra characters or spaces)
    * Has the code expired?
    * Is the code only valid for a particular product?
    * Did you obtain your coupon from a valid source? (our website banner, social media post, or email promotion)

    If you’ve tried all of the above and are still experiencing problems, please contact us. Include the details of the coupon code you're trying to use and we can assist you in placing your Case-Custom order.

Bulk Discount

  • Bulk Discounts are year-round deals that automatically apply to your order when you have a certain amount of items in your cart.

    Promotional Discounts, on the other hand, are available for a limited time and can be found in marketing emails, banners on the website, or on our social media pages (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram).Unlike Bulk Discounts, you need to input a Coupon Code at checkout to apply the promo discount to your order.

    If you’re applying a Promo Discount to items that are already part of a Bulk Discount, then the site will automatically apply the discount that saves you more money.

  • Below is a list of our ongoing Bulk Discounts:

    10-19 pieces = 30% off

    20-59 pieces = 38% off

    60-100 pieces = 45% off

Address Changes

  • Accidently send your Case-Custom order to the wrong address?

    Don’t panic. You can contact us as soon as possible before shipping, and we’ll do our best to make the changes before your order ships.

    If your order has already shipped, we will send a replacement order after the item is returned, you may have to pay for the extra freight .

  • Please note: Because your address determines where your order is made, we can’t change your delivery country.

Order Changes

  • For the products that are made to order, we can’t make changes to orders that have been finalized and shipped.

  • If your order has shipped, not to worry. You can still contact us. We’ll cancel your existing order and issue you a voucher for a replacement with the right changes.

Where is my order?

  • As we need to produce and perfect the custom cases before they can ship, please note that there is additional production and handling time before the order ships. The total delivery time is the manufacturing time plus the shipping time.

    All the shipments are tracked. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number when the package is shipped. Tracking info will be posted online in at least 3-5 work days since shipping.

    Please note: Case-Custom will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.

  • How much is shipping?

    Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. We offer Express Shipping and Standard Shipping. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.


  • Products are shipped with UPS or Airmail Post in a sturdy cardboard envelope.
  • At this time, we don’t offer gift wrap for our packaging.

Shipping Cost

  • We invest in the way products are shipped to make sure your orders arrive without a hitch. Because of this, shipping costs vary and depend on a few key factors:

    * Whether you ship Standard or Express

    * Where the order is shipping to and from

  • Shipping Methods

    Need your case in a hurry? We suggest choosing the Express shipping method at checkout. Although you pay a little more for Express shipping, it will ensure that your order arrives much more quickly if you’re pressed for time.

    Calculating Shipping

    Here’s how you can see an estimated shipping price before placing your order:

    1. Add the desired product(s) to your cart.

    2. In your cart, the shipping cost will be estimated based on your shipping location and shipping method.

Model & Style Exchanges

  • We want you to love what you bought. So if you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we can sort out a replacement or store credit for situations where the wrong case model, color, or style was ordered.

  • Find the 'Contact' at the bottom of our main page, choose your issue as 'Exchanges', fill in your related order number and new case model and/or color and click through our 'submit' button below. Once you’ve submitted your request, sit tight - we’ll get back to you shortly with a confirmation email.


  • Not in love with your new purchase? Let’s figure out how to get something that will make your heart sing.

    When you return an order, you have a few compensation options to choose from:

    * Replacement Order - We replace your original order and send you new confirmation and shipping information.

    * Voucher - We email you a credit code with the same value as your original order, which you can put to a new Case-Custom purchase.

    * Full Refund - We return the amount to your original payment method (Paypal, Credit Card).

    * Please note the shipping fee if paid will not be reimbursed if the return is not a Case-Custom error.

  • If you have your email address and order number ready, you can submit your return by clicking 'Contact' button at the bottom of our main page and filling out the form. Remember, once you receive your item, you have 30 days to submit a return.

Login Trouble

  • Your Case-Custom profile contains sensitive information such as your home address and purchase history, so we keep this information under lock and key.

    Having trouble logging in?

    You can recover a forgotten username or password by heading to the account recovery page. We’ll send you an email with everything you need to reset your password and login.

    Password Reset Email Not Received

    If you don’t see your password reset email, please try the following:

    * Make sure that your email address has been entered correctly. Be sure to check spelling, spaces and upper or lower cases. Then send the reset request again.

    * Check the junk mail folder in your email. You can also add Case-Custom to your ‘safe’ list for future contacts.

    Due to our privacy policy, we cannot help members gain access to an account.

  • But that's my old email address. Help!

    In the interest of protecting your personal information, we are unable to send password reset instructions to a different email address. Your best option is to contact your old email address provider to see if you can restore access to your original email address.

Website Trouble

  • Many things can interfere with a smooth browsing experience, from issues with your computer or local network to your internet service provider. If you’re having trouble using the site, try the following:

    * Log out of Case-Custom and log back in Refresh or restart your browser

    * Clear your browser's cache

    * Clear your browser's cookies

    * Try using a different web browser

    * Update your browser to the most recent version and try again

    * Ensure you have the latest version of flash

    * Ensure you have javascript enabled

    * Temporarily switch off any firewalls and antivirus software and try again. If this works, look to add our website to any trusted or safe site lists

    * If you are using a work computer or other networked computer, speak to your network administrator about any filters or settings which might be affecting your use of Case-Custom
